JetSetDoctor was designed from the ground up for clients — executives, public figures, high-net-worth families, diplomatic principals — whose medical arrangements are, by necessity, private. There are no public testimonials on this site. There are no patient names, no shared schedules, and no social media presence.
Every member of our clinical network operates under the requirements of professional medical confidentiality — segreto professionale pursuant to Art. 622 of the Italian Criminal Code and the codes of the relevant professional orders (FNOMCeO for physicians, FNOPI for nurses). These are not contractual additions. They are statutory obligations.
Before any clinical briefing commences, a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed by both parties. This NDA extends to all members of the assigned team, all administrative staff involved in the engagement, and all subcontractors engaged in relation to the specific service.

- Strict mutual NDA signed before any clinical briefing or information exchange
- Private clinical record system, encrypted and GDPR-compliant, accessible only to the assigned physician and J-Care medical leadership
- Compartmentalised access: no individual below medical leadership level has visibility of the full client profile
- Travel logs, clinical notes, and communications are retained only for the period required by applicable law and then securely deleted
- References provided privately, on request, by direct introduction only — never in writing or via intermediaries
- No media engagement regarding any client or engagement without prior written authorisation
Clinical data collected during any JetSetDoctor engagement is processed under the strict provisions of GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679), Art. 9(2)(h) — processing necessary for the provision of healthcare — and the Italian Codice Privacy as amended by D.Lgs 101/2018. Data is never sold, shared for commercial purposes, or used for profiling.
