From private enquiry to boarding.
Usually within 48 hours.
A discreet, efficient process — from first contact to clinical deployment.
Private Enquiry
You reach us through a referral, this site, or a private line. You need not provide a detailed brief at this stage — a name, a destination, and a preferred contact method is enough to begin. We respond personally within two hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Channels: WhatsApp private line · contact form · email · direct referral from a trusted intermediary.
Medical Briefing
A confidential clinical briefing is conducted by a senior member of our team. We discuss the journey, the destinations, the clinical history of all individuals who will be covered, and the level of medical support required. All information is treated under strict medical confidentiality and stored in our private GDPR-compliant clinical system.
Format: telephone, video, or secure written exchange. Duration: typically 30–60 minutes. A mutual NDA is signed at this stage.
Physician Match
We identify the private physician best suited to your requirements. Selection criteria include clinical specialty, language, temperament, experience with similar engagements and familiarity with the destinations. You receive a brief profile of your proposed doctor before confirming. Specialist nursing support is added when clinically appropriate.
Specialties available: Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Anaesthesiology, Paediatrics, Aesthetic & Longevity, Specialist Nursing, IV Therapy.
Boarding
Your physician boards with you. Equipment is assembled and verified against the clinical briefing. Documentation — clinical file, travel health summary, destination contacts — is prepared in advance. Any coordination required with destination facilities, airlines, or port authorities is handled by our team before departure.
Typical timeline from confirmed enquiry to deployment: 48 hours. Urgent requests accommodated where possible — contact us directly.
The contractual framework.
Before any engagement commences, three documents are exchanged and agreed:
- Mutual NDA — signed at the point of medical briefing. Covers all information shared by both parties. Extends to all members of the physician's team.
- Service Agreement — a specific contract for the engagement: scope, duration, physician(s) assigned, equipment, milestones, cancellation terms, and liability framework in accordance with L. 24/2017 (Gelli-Bianco).
- Kickoff Briefing — a final confirmation call between your point of contact and the assigned physician, typically 24–48 hours before departure.
For Annual Travel Programme clients, the NDA and framework agreement are signed once and govern all deployments throughout the year.
